How do I pay for an order?

There are two routes: USDT on the TRON network, or PayPal as Friends & Family on a first order. Nothing is charged on this site - the payment page and the details reach you on your order thread, and the figure is held for 24 hours.

Which payment methods do you take?

USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20), and PayPal as Friends & Family on a first order. Crypto takes 5% off the watch price; the PayPal processing fee is already inside the price you were shown, so nothing is added afterwards. Card payments, bank transfers and payment plans are not available - the last question explains why.

How does paying with USDT work?

Choose the crypto option when you order. The payment page and the email that follows carry the address, a QR code and the exact figure (our standard rate: 1 USDT = 1 USD). Send that figure on the TRON (TRC-20) network only, using an on-chain withdrawal - an internal transfer or a card payment never reaches the address. Put your order number in your wallet's or exchange's own note field if it has one: TRON has no memo on the address itself, so if there is no such field, reply to the email with your order number and the transaction hash instead.

I do not have any crypto yet.

You can buy USDT with a card or Apple Pay at an on-ramp such as MoonPay or Ramp and send it straight to the address we give you - no account to open and no withdrawal step, and it asks you which network (choose TRC-20). A first purchase there checks your identity, so allow a few minutes, and their fee is charged on top of the figure you send us. If your platform does not offer TRON, or caps the purchase below your total, stop and tell us before you send anything.

How does PayPal work?

PayPal is available on a first order, sent as a personal payment (Friends & Family) rather than a purchase. Open PayPal, tap Send, use the account we give you on your order thread, choose "Sending to a friend" and send the exact figure shown. Put your order number in the note ("What's this for?") so we can match it against your order. Friends & Family carries no buyer protection - if you would rather pay with something you can dispute, take USDT instead.

What happens after I pay?

We confirm the payment against your order number, then photograph your own watch - dial, caseback, movement, bracelet and clasp - within 1 to 2 days and send you the QC set. You approve it before anything ships, or we swap the watch. Dispatch is tracked, and duty and customs clearance are covered by us for the United States and Europe: a held or seized parcel is reshipped or refunded. Every order carries a two-year movement warranty and a 14-day return window.

Why can I not pay by card?

Card processors do not serve this category of goods, so cards, bank transfers and payment plans are not available to us. A card payment can also be pulled back by the buyer's bank months later, which would leave a shipped order unpaid - that is why we settle on-chain, or through a personal PayPal transfer.

Where do I find the address and the exact figure?

On the payment page linked in the email that follows your order, and in that email itself. Both are generated from your order, so they always agree.

Do I need to quote my order number when I pay?

Yes - it is how a payment is matched to an order. Put it in your wallet's or exchange's own note field, or in the PayPal note. If there is no note field at all, reply to the email with your order number and the transaction hash.

Is the figure fixed?

The figure on your order thread is held for 24 hours. If it is not settled inside that window we release the order, and a new one would be priced at the current rates.
