What if I want to return it?

How long is the return window, and in what condition?

You have 14 days from delivery, and the watch has to be in unchanged condition - unworn, with the bracelet links, protective film and any accessories as they arrived. Returns are by mail, and return shipping is at your cost. The watch goes back to the address we give you on the order thread, tracked, because an untracked return that goes missing is not something either side can resolve.

What is not covered?

Watches that have been worn, sized, engraved or damaged, and special orders that were built to your specification. If something is wrong with what arrived - a dial mismatch, a fault, the wrong reference - that is not a return, it is our problem, and we will fix it.

How does the refund policy work?

Once the watch is back and checked, we refund to the same method you paid with. We do not deduct a restocking fee. Nothing on this site is charged automatically, so a refund is a manual transfer and we will confirm it in the same thread you ordered in.

Who pays return shipping?

You do. Return shipping is at your cost. We photograph the actual watch before payment, so a return is a last resort rather than the first surprise.
